Training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) – Start 2026

As a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), you will set up and commission production machines for paper processing. You will monitor production and carry out the necessary quality controls. You will also be responsible for maintenance work on the machines.

The training period lasts two years. Three times a year, block instruction lasting three to six weeks takes place at the Paper Center in Gernsbach (Black Forest). During vocational school, the costs for accommodation, meals, and travel to and from the school are covered.

• After completing the training, an apprenticeship year can be added to train as a packaging materials technologist (m/f/d) or two apprenticeship years to train as a paper technologist (m/f/d).
• Master craftsman (m/f/d) specializing in paper and plastics processing
• Technical business administrator (m/f/d)
