Training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) – Start 2026

As a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), you will set up and commission production machines for printing and cardboard processing. You will monitor production and carry out the necessary quality controls. You will also be responsible for maintenance work on the machines.

The training period is two years. Vocational school lessons take place at the Lindau/Lake Constance vocational school center in block lessons (in two-week blocks). During the vocational school period, the costs of accommodation, meals, and travel to and from the school are covered.

• After completing the training, an apprenticeship year can be added to train as a packaging materials technologist (m/f/d) or two apprenticeship years to train as a paper technologist (m/f/d).
• Master craftsman (m/f/d) specializing in paper and plastics processing
• State-certified paper processing technician (m/f/d)

• At least a vocational qualification
