We will review the applications and, if we have a positive first impression, you will be invited to an initial interview.
Step 3: Job interview
Here we want to get to know you personally and find out whether we are a good fit for each other.
Step 4: Follow-up meeting
Depending on the position, you will be invited to a follow-up interview after a positive initial interview.
Step 5: Selection of applicants
Following the interviews, we will make a decision and contact you as soon as possible.
Step 6: Trial work
In the commercial and technical fields in particular, we are happy to arrange a trial work day in the interests of both parties, so that you can get to know your new team and the working environment.
Step 7: Conclusion of contract
If you decide to join us, you will receive your employment contract and we look forward to welcoming you to the WEIG team soon.
